Full Redecoration...
This flat was in real need of some TLC so we carried out some cleaning including the oven and carpets, replaced some light bulbs, did some minor removals and a couple of DIY bits then fully re decorated throughout including all woodwork, all ceilings and all walls. This was one of the most fulfilling jobs we've done in a long time and all parties were over the moon with the outcome.
Not only did it feel clean, it smelt fresh and the new set of tenants were very lucky to move into this spacious apartment.
As a landlord, when these types of jobs are a consideration, it's well worth doing as it not only attracts the right people, it does add value to the property - whether that's more rental income or a higher valuation price for sale.
Room Renovations...
This room had been left in a real state!
With this job we had to remove quite a large amount of what was left, then re install new furniture such as a bed, wardrobe, computer chair etc and then re decorate and deep clean the room before the agent re let the room out.
We actually also carried out some mould/damp work in the bathroom, replaced a toilet seat and then deep cleaned the oven and bathroom.
