This property was in real need is clearance, you could just about walk into some of the rooms! We carried out the removals works, then followed it up by some DIY and some decoration before new flooring was laid.
After this we carried out a full deep clean throughout and provided our client with a detailed cleaning report.
This was one of the most satisfying jobs we've carried out in a while and we were over the moon we could help our client with this!

Making life easier...
For this probate property in Billericay, we worked with a local solicitors firm to put a plan of action in place on how the executives wanted to proceed with their late families property.
Initially, we carried out removal works to all items in the property. We then opted for a "cleaner for the day" to bring the property up to a clean and presentable standard. We also had a "gardener for the day" to help trim back and tidy up the garden to make it more pleasant.
We understand how sensitive and delicate these jobs are and we love being able to provide a smooth operational process by project managing them in house.
